Cargo EyeLighter Whitens and Brightens

Cargo’s EyeLighter ($20) simplifies the age-old makeup artist trick of widening and brightening eyes through white shadow application along the corners and rims of eyes. Besides a pop of lipstick and a swipe of mascara, a highlighted eye is key to any polished look.

The best part of this SKU is that it is user friendly. The end labeled “outer corner” features a pointed tip that applies the matte white shadow to the outer regions of the eyes, under the brows and to the lower lash line for an instant lift. The rounded tip, “inner corner,” applies soft, shimmering white shadow to the inner corners to open and brighten eyes. And, spring-loaded tips ensure the precise amount of product to be dispensed.

The White shade is recommended for fair to medium complexions; Gold, for medium to dark complexions; and Rose is for anyone who wants to think outside the box and try a pink highlighter for the day. Happi tried the gold and was pleased with the results.
