Quiksilver, Inc. and Inter Parfums Sign International Agreement

Inter Parfums, Inc. and Quiksilver, Inc. announced an exclusive worldwide license agreement for the creation, development and distribution of fragrance, sun care, skin care and related products under the Roxy brand and sun care and related products under the Quiksilver brand. The contract runs through December 2017.

Inter Parfums, SA the Paris-based subsidiary, will develop all new product categories for the Roxy and Quicksilver beands. The two brands are significant for the global youth market and reflect the heritage and culture of surfing, skateboarding and snowboarding.

The first new product line under the agreement, a Roxy fragrance family, will be introduced in late 2007, followed by a Quiksilver suncare line.
