NYSCC Will Host Cosmetology Seminar

Meeting set for August 14 in Somerset, NJ.

For the first time, the New York chapter of the Society of Cosmetic Chemists is introducing Cosmetology: The Science Behind Beauty to all members and non-members of NYSCC. The seminar will be held Aug. 14 at the Imperia, Somerset, NJ. Online registration is available at: www.nyscc.org

Cosmetology is about beautifying the human body, ranging anywhere from nails, hair, makeup, skin and more!  A panel of presenters have joined and collaborated to share their insights and expertise on scientific activities that brings beauty into our lives and to our world. What are the top trends in today’s spa business? What does it mean to have a facial service? How are products formulated and packaged to appeal to the luxurious spa markets?  This day is packed with interesting discussions and fun facts in today’s Spa and Salon World that may be advantageous to our day to day lives.

Symposium Cost:

Members - $35  • Non-Members - $70
Members At the Door - $75 • Non-Members at the Door - $110
Unemployed/Emeritus  - No charge if pre-registered.  •  Unemployed/Emeritus at the Door - $40
Students - $10    • Students at the Door - $50

Umemployed members and Emeritus members may register for free by e-mail.
All others Must Register Online prior.  If you do not register before hand, you will be charged the "At the Door" fee.
