Moen wants homeowners to put down the bottle of spray cleaner—or at least feel less pressure to use it everyday. The North Olmsted, OH fixtures maker has introduced Spot Resist Finish, which resists fingerprints and water spots.

Moen said it developed the new finish—available in rushed nickel and stainless—specifically with homeowners in mind by giving them one less thing to worry about cleaning daily. The innovative finish maintains the brilliance of kitchen, bathroom and tub/shower faucets and showerheads for a fresh appearance—and when it comes time for periodic cleaning, the fixtures easily wipe clean, according to the company.

"We're always looking for ways to help solve homeowners' problems with innovative products for the kitchen and bath," said Kevin Campbell, Moen’s director of retail marketing. "With our new Spot Resist finish, we hope to help homeowners spend more time enjoying their home... and less time cleaning it."
