Nailtini is putting consumers in the beauty bartender's seat with its new "You Call It" lacquer mixology kit ($10). Stocked with four empty 1/4 oz. bottles with mixing beads, caps and brushes to let you become the artist, this kit makes it easy to concoct custom nail colors. Per 'Tini Beauty founder Michelle Toma Olson, consumers can use whatever polishes they have on hand, be it Nailtini or other brands, to mix their own colors.
Nailtini's new DIY nail kit takes the popular blogosphere nail trend of "frankening" - mixing various polishes to come up with different colors - to the next level, bringing out the mixologist in everyone.
Color combination ideas include white and royal blue to make baby blue or silver and fuchsia to make a shimmery pink. Anything is possible!
