Spinning Mascaras are Hot in New Zealand

November 30, -0001

NEW ZEALAND: Call it the spinning mascaras wars. New Zealand’s beauty counters were a flutter in December as consumers clamored for these gadgets and beauty giants jockeyed to be first to market.
