Water-Jel: appointed Michael Lorelli as chief executive officer, bringing extensive management experience to the company. He served as a PepsiCo division president twice, and also as executive vice president for their beverage sector. For the last 12 years, Mr. Lorelli held chief executive officer assignments for private equity portfolio companies.

The company also tapped Herb Baer as chief marketing officer and vice president, consumer sales. A seasoned marketing and sales veteran, he has two decades of experience with Fuji Photo Film U.S., where he held vice president level marketing and sales roles within the company.
