Patent No. US 6,939,553 B2: Kimberly-Clark Worldwide, Inc., Neenah, WI, patented a treated substrate with improved transfer efficiency of a topical application. The composite material comprises a boundary layer comprising a hydrocarbon emollient on the first surface at the substrate; and a top layer comprising a topical application on the surface of the boundary layer.
