Maybelline New York, led by make-up artist Troy Surratt and Garnier headed by stylist Jeff Francis, will create the beauty look and direct the hair and makeup team behind the spring 2006 Libertine Fashion Show.
The look is very “debutante rocker chick.” Inspiration for Mr. Surratt’s look came from the line itself. He adds that Libertine embodies all things stylish, powerful and unexpected, which is exactly what he is doing with the makeup. Spring shows have been so minimal for such a long time, and he said he wanted to bring something different and unusual to the runway.
