Drugstore.com Index Points To Another Baby Boom

Couples nationwide are continuing the baby boomlet trend as demonstrated by a 52% surge in family planning purchases from June to July, according to drugstore.com’s new Health and Beauty index. In 2002, drugstore.com also reported growth in senior-related product groups including at-home health care and tests and medical devices. Salon brand hair care came in at No. 3 with 28% growth in June and July. Drugstore.com has served more than 2.8 million customers, executives said.
