El Paso, TX-based Helen of Troy Ltd. signed a definitive agreement to acquire six personal care brand names from Procter & Gamble for an undisclosed sum. The acquired brands include Condition 3-in-1, Final Net, Vitalis and Ammens.
According to a company spokesperson, Sea Breeze and Vitapointe will be acquired through license agreements, subject to third-party approval.
Helen of Troy executives said the company expects combined sales of these brands to total approximately $45 million annually.
