Air Liquide America LP and Croda Inc. reached an agreement in which Air Liquide will supply high-purity nitrogen to Croda’s Mill Hall, PA-based plant using APSA (advanced product supply approach) on-site nitrogen generation technology.
APSA is a state-of-the-art technology developed by Air Liquide to produce cryogenically pure nitrogen gas on-site at a customer’s facility. The approach can provide a cost savings of more than 30% over bulk liquid nitrogen supply, company executives said.
