Caustic Chemical-Neutralizing Wipes Patented by EKC

Patent No. US 6,645,930 B1: EKC Technology, Inc., Hayward, CA, earned a patent for an acid-impregnated, absorbent wipe to remove alkaline contaminants from a clean room environment. The wipe contains an organic acid and an organic acid crystallization inhibitor that together form a liquid.
