Demand for flavor and fragrance manufacturing in the U.S. will grow 3.5% a year to reach $4.4 billion in 2007, according The Freedonia Group’s “Flavors & Fragrances” study. This will be driven by consumer interest in natural and more authentic ingredients and opportunities in anti-aging skin care and tooth whitening products.
