Freemans Reclaim

November 14, 2005

Freeman Cosmetics, Beverly  Hills, CA, the family-owned skin and hair care company that was bought by the Dial Corp. in 1998, is back in the hands of the Freeman family.
Larry, Mark and Jill Freeman undertook a new venture two years ago with the introduction of pH Beauty, which offers such lines as Totally Juicy, Totally Nutty, Binge and Botopical. “We have been cultivating these new businesses with the same fervor that guided our original Freeman enterprise,” said Larry Freeman. “But one eye was always on Freeman Cosmetics, watching and waiting. When the time came, we didn’t waste a minute.”
Mark Freeman, president, pH Beauty, added, “It is enormously satisfying to bring (the business) back home where it belongs, so that we can once again operate it with the same dedication and enthusiasm that guided it so successfully from its inception.”
