Bayer AG announced that Kruse Chemie KG, Balve, Germany, has assumed the sales activities in Germany for the Baypure product line of detergents, cleaning agents and cosmetics.
According to company executives, Baypure CX100 helps protect against catalytic decomposition by heavy metal ions, and Baypure DS100 softens water and supports the effect of zeolites and layered silicates.
DS100 also improves anti-redeposition of powder and enhances cleaning performance, executives said.
The transaction was completed in November.
“We chose Kruse because the company has eight logistics centers throughout Germany and an ideal distribution network as well,” said Dr. Ralf-Johann Moritz, head of technical marketing, Baypure. “In this way, we can ensure that customers who purchase smaller quantities also receive top individual service.”
