L’Oréal Raises its Shu Uemura Stake

JAPAN: L’Oréal became a majority shareholder in Shu Uermura Cosmetics Inc. by raising its stake in the company from 35% to 52.9%. L’Oréal’s subsidiary, Nihon L’Oréal KK, will control the majority shareholdings and management.
