LVMH sold its Michael Kors fragrance license to The Estée Lauder Cos. This $20 million deal will move the Kors empire to the Aramis and designer fragrances division. LVMH has also sold its Kenneth Cole and Marc Jacobs fragrance licenses to the Lancaster Group, the prestige division of Coty Inc.
