Lynntech Earns Patent
For Fabric-Cleaning Ozone
l Patent No. US 6,620,210 B2: Lynntech, Inc., College Station, TX, patented a method of washing laundry without detergent using ozone to degrade organic material. The steps consist of agitating the laundry in an enclosed, sealed vessel filled with water; introducing and bubbling an ozone-containing gas for a period of time; discarding the ozonated water from the vessel; allowing the residual ozone on the laundry to decompose and removing the clean laundry from the vessel.
