Perfumer Dawn Spencer Hurwitz introduced a line of chocolate-based fragrances, including bois du chocolat and fleurs du chocolat. Bois du chocolat has a rich wood and chocolate scent with lush oriental notes of patchouli, sandalwood and vanilla. Fleurs du chocolat contains orange blossom, grandiflorium, jasmine, Bulgarian rose and Tahitian vanilla and chocolate. The newest scent, Piment et chocolat, will be released during the 2003 holiday season. It features notes of peppers, paprika, pimento and black peppercorns, spices of clove and cinnamon mixed with rich cocoa beans and chocolate.
