2002 merger of Holzminden, Germanybased
Dragoco and Haarmann &
Reimer, now holds 11.3% of the global
fragrances and flavors market.
The company reported sales of $1.34
billion in 2002. Fifty-one percent came
from Europe/ the Middle East/Africa,
23% from North America, 19% from
South Amer-ica and 7% from the Asia
Pacific region.
