Boston-based The Gillette Co. launched a television ad campaign for Mach3Turbo Champion razors featuring a red, high-performance racecar that reflects the color and sleek design of the razor. It is shown with the tagline, “The best a man can get” and touts a money-back guarantee for anyone who is not satisfied with the product.
l Indianapolis-based Signature Brand Group, a contract manufacturer, has launched a direct mail campaign to key prospects in the beauty care industry. The mailers include three product postcards, a product-sample mailer and bobblehead of executive vice president Bill Ault.
