For Fabric Softener Base
l Patent No. US 6,620,437 B2: Colgate-Palmolive Co., New York, NY, patented a perfume containing a water-in-oil (w/o) microemulsion comprising a dioleyl diester quaternary ammonium surfactant fabric softener, organic solvent, water-immiscible perfume, colorant and water. It can be mixed into a perfume-free aqueous emulsion fabric softener base under low shear.
