The $1.6 billion biocides market is expected to grow 3.2% a year to reach $1.87 billion in 2008, according to Norwalk, CT-based Business Communications Company’s (BCC) “RC-224R Biocides” report. The largest biocides markets include swimming pool and spa disinfectants, paper slimicides, wood preservatives and personal care products.
