Bulgari Moves Fragrance Business In-House

In January 2005, Bulgari Corp. of America will officially take over all sales, marketing and financial operations of Bulgari Parfums USA. Since 1994, these functions were handled by Fragrance Exclusive Inc. (FEI).
Francesco Trapani, chief executive officer of Bulgari, said in a statement, “After successfully growing our business over the last decade with Fragrances Exclusive, Bulgari will internalize its fragrance business as a natural evolution and long-term strategy to further strengthen our position in the U.S. market.”
