CCA Reports Record Revenues and Earnings

CCA Industries announced record rev- enues and earnings for the second quarter and six-month period ended May 31, 2004.
Earnings a share (diluted) for the second quarter increased to $0.36, from $0.34 for the same quarter last year. Revenues increased from $17.6 million to $18.3 million. Net income increased to nearly $2.8 million from $2.5 million for the same period the previous year.
CCA Industries had previously announced that its board of directors approved the distribution of a 2% stock dividend to shareholders of record on Nov. 1, 2004, payable Dec. 1, 2004. This dividend will be in addition to the current $0.07 cash dividend payable to shareholders of record on Nov. 1 and payable on Dec. 1.
