CTFA Conference Focuses on Leadership

The Cosmetic, Toiletry and Fragrance Association (CTFA) Science Executive Leadership Conference will emphasize leadership training for science management staff. The conference is set for April 18-20 at the Charleston Place Hotel, Charleston, SC.
The keynote address will be given by Dr. Dwight L. Jaggard, a professor in the School of Engineering and Applied Science at the University of Pennsylvania. He will use group discussions and experiential learning to help attendees explore self-management as a key component of leadership and to enhance personal performance.
