L’Oréal Buys Yue-Sai Brand

CHINA: L’Oréal has purchased Chinese women’s brand Yue-Sai, pending Chinese government approval. The acquisition is the second deal in China for L’Oréal in less than two months. The purchase follows on L’Oréal’s acquisition of Mininurse last December.
L’Oréal plans to continue to develop the Yue-Sai brand as part of its portfolio of products in China, company executives said in a statement.
