Most American Women Are Stressed Out

November 15, 2005

Eighty percent of American women say they are stressed out and they said relaxation at work and at home would improve daily life, according to the Suave Naturals Scent survey of 800 women. However, findings showed when budgets are tight, women are 46% more likely to cut out stress-busting treats for themselves versus household items, family entertainment and children’s items.
Half of moms (49%) with three or more kids want to escape daily pressures by pampering themselves at home. Nearly 90% said personal scent affects their relationships, while 67% said personal scent affects their career success. Favorite scents also purportedly say a lot about personality.
