Peppermint Improves Performance

Studies prove that smelling peppermint improves mental performance, cognitive functioning, pain threshold and tolerance, digestion and digestive processes and athletic performance, according to a White Paper by the Sense of Smell Institute (SOSI), New York, and Bryan Raudenbush, Ph.D, of Wheeling Jesuit University.
