The Sense of Smell Institute (SOSI) has selected six children’s museums and science centers to participate in its 11th annual National Sense of Smell Day on April 17.
The museums are the Arizona Science Center, Phoenix; the John P. McGovern Museum of Health and Medical Science, Houston, TX; the Lawrence Hall of Science, Berkeley, CA; the Maryland Science Center, Baltimore; the Minnesota Children's Museum, St. Paul and The Children's Museum, Boston, MA.
Activities are scheduled at each location to teach children and adults about the importance of the sense of smell, executives said.
