Tanning Agent May Prevent Skin Cancer

Tanning agent thymidine dinucleotide (pTT) reportedly jump-starts the skin’s cancer-fighting mechanism, according to studies of hairless mice and guinea pigs by David A. Goukassian, MD, Ph.D, Boston University and published in Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences.
