Univera Inc., the holding company for its U.S. operations including Aloecorp Inc., Oasis Wellness Network and Unigen Pharmaceuticals Inc., will relocate to a new corporate facility in Lacey, WA on July 1. The U.S. companies will be housed under one roof in the company’s new location.
“It has been my dream for many years to manifest a corporate campus nestled in nature that integrates environmental components such as natural air flow, natural lighting, botanical gardens and nature walking trails,” said B. William Lee, chairman of the board, Univera. “Univera’s goal is to create a peaceful and progressive work atmosphere that exemplifies what each company stands for: health and wellness.”
Senator Paul H. Shin (D-WA) hosted a welcome luncheon Jan. 16 for a prominent group of senators, congressional representatives, city officials and state and local dignitaries to celebrate the event.
The move is the first of two stages which involve an initial relocation to the interim facility in Lacey. The second stage involves designing and building a world class, state-of-the-art campus on 40 acres one mile from the Lacey facility.
Executives said the permanent campus will include cutting-edge laboratory facilities, warehouse, distribution and production capabilities and other needed buildings. The permanent location will take up to three years to complete.
