Dental Product Demand To Top $16 Billion In 2008

Dental product demand in the U.S. is expected to grow 5.9% a year to $16 billion in 2008, according to Cleveland-based Freedonia Group in its “Dental products and materials” report. Moving from reparative procedures to aesthetics, the professional dentistry industry accounted for 77% of dental product demand in 2003. Growth is expected in certain segments.
