November 22, 2005

Freelance designer Garth Roberts of New York was named this year’s U.S. winner for the annual Monaco Luxe Pack Design award.
Mr. Roberts designed the Agent-X cosmetics compact to comply with the show’s theme, “Modernity in Monaco.” Agent-X includes lipstick, a powder brush and face powder. The compact was created as “an example of modern style and a modern lifestyle,” according to Luxe Pack organizers.
“Mr. Roberts joins our elite group of talented finalists from around the globe. We are delighted to have the opportunity to encourage and support the next generation of luxury packaging designers,” said Pierre-Yves Maisonneuve, president, Luxe Pack Monaco.
