Patent No. US 6,821,525 B2: Researchers for MGP Ingredients, Atchison, KS, earned a patent for a method of hydrolyzing jojoba meal comprising the following: forming an aqueous acidic dispersion of jojoba meal; heating the dispersion; agitating to generate a hydrolysate and cooling and neutralizing the hydrolysate.
