Patent No. US 6,790,452 B2: Miyoshi Kasei, Inc., Saitama, Japan, and U.S. Cosmetics Corp., Dayville, CT, were granted a patent for a cosmetic pigment dispersion in which the pigment particles are surface-treated with at least one of N-acylglycine hydroxyaluminum and N-acyl-N-methylglycine hydroxyaluminum.
