November 22, 2005

Procter & Gamble is grooming its Pantene brand with several new launches. Slated for this year are Expressions, a color care collection; a Hispanic brand called Extra Straight; a reformulation of the basic Pantene line and new styling and treatment additions to existing lines. To complement these changes, Pantene recruited three celebrity hairstylists to its newly reformed Pantene Shine squad: stylist Brett Freedman, colorist Rita Hazan and Tippi Shorter, owner of Luxe salon in Manhattan. Pantene launches the updated products beginning this month.
