Schering-Plough Named A Top Company for Mothers

Schering-Plough Corp., Kenilworth, NJ, was named one of the 100 best companies for working mothers across the U.S. by Working Mother magazine.
“We have a broad range of programs designed to create a workplace that is conducive to helping our employees succeed in their jobs as well as meet the needs and responsibilities of their lives outside of work,” said C. Ron Cheeley, senior vice president, global human resources, Schering-Plough. The company offers programs such as child care, adoption assistance, lactation programs, enhanced family leave, flexible work arrangements, scholarships and summer jobs for employee’s children, medical services and more.
