The Estée Lauder Companies: Desiree Reid

The Estée Lauder Companies: Desiree Reid was appointed to the position of vice president and general manager, the Sean John Toiletries division. Ms. Reid will lead the creation and marketing of a new line of fragrance products under the Sean John License, which was announced in May. Previously Ms. Reid served as product manager, Perfumers Workshop.
In addition, John Demsey, MAC Cosmetics president, was named president of the Estée Lauder brand. Patrick Bousquet-Chavanne, who has run the Lauder division since 2001 and supervises MAC and the Aramis and designer fragrance group, will continue to oversee Lauder’s development.
