Transfer-Resistant Makeup from L’Oréal

Patent No. US 6,780,402 B1: French researchers for L’Oréal, Paris, patented a transfer-resistant anhydrous makeup stick containing a fatty phase with phenylated silicone oil; volatile oil; hydrocarbonic and/or silicone wax; a non-volatile hydrocarbonic oil; pigments and/or nacres and at least one other material. The makeup is resistant to transfer and/or migration and remains comfortable after application, with no tugging sensation or drying of the lips or the skin.
