Avon:  Avon Products Inc. announced that executive vice president and chief financial officer Robert J. Corti will retire, and named Charles Cramb, the former finance chief at Gillette Co., to succeed him.
Mr. Cramb will assume the newly created post of executive vice president, finance and technology, and chief financial officer.
Corti, who has been with Avon for 30 years, will stay on through next year’s first quarter in a non-finance related role to help with management changes and other transformation projects.
