Changes will be apparent when Cosmoprof 2006 opens in Bologna, Italy, April 7-10. In response to requests from a large majority of exhibitors, Cosmopack 2006 will open April 6 and close April 9, one day earlier than Cosmoprof, giving packaging professionals more time to focus on this crucial aspect of the business.
Thursday April 6, the first day of Cosmopack, will be devoted solely to the world of packaging and its players: decision makers in research and development, marketing managers and brand managers. It promises to be an interactive day, with emphasis on information, training and networking with the international cosmetics industry’s main suppliers.
Also expecting to generate interest is a new partnership being developed with POPAI—Point of Purchase Advertising International—the association that promotes the importance of the point of sale within the overall marketing mix. POPAI is preparing an international research project concerning the main trends in communications in perfumery points of sale, the results of which will be presented at Cosmoprof 2006.
