Commenting on the results, Ilia Lekach, chairman and chief executive officer, said, “We have again achieved record results and are on track to achieve our full- year estimates as long as the economy remains stable. We are grateful to our Perry Ellis licensor for their continued marketing efforts, and look forward to the launch of Perry Ellis 18 in 2006.”
