MUMBAI: The Maharashtra Food and Drug Administration (FDA) served a notice to Wipro for allegedly “misbranding and mislabeling” its baby oil.
“We have served notice to Wipro for misbranding and labeling deficiency or mislabeling its baby oil manufactured under the name Wipro Baby Soft,” FDA commissioner A. Ramkrishnan said.
