Ecolab, Inc. has significantly expanded its Ecologic Environmentally Responsible Cleaning program. The expanded offering sets Ecolab apart from the competition by providing green product alternatives in warewashing, laundry and housekeeping applications, according to executives.
“This product line continues Ecolab’s tradition of innovation, leadership and dedication to provide our customers with better product solutions,” said Colleen Dillon, vice president of hospitality and healthcare marketing for Ecolab’s institutional division.
All the products are formulated to be effective, yet meet environmental needs such as being nontoxic to humans, noncombustible and noncorrosive to skin and eyes, safe for aquatic life when diluted for use, containing ingredients greater than 100ppm that are readily biodegradable, no chlorine, VOC levels under 1% when diluted for use and free of any known carcinogens and reproductive hazards.
