NEW DELHI: Hindustan Lever is in the process of revamping power brands across its personal care portfolio to keep pace with low-priced competition, revive market shares, and pre-empt proposed launches by multinational rivals. While two power brands—Liril and Lux—are being overhauled in the face of stagnant market share, the fast-growing Fair & Lovely is being given fresh thrust to stave off heightened competition in the fairness creams segment.
