Special M&A Session To Be Held at HBA

December 9, 2005

A special session devoted entirely to mergers & acquisitions will be held Sept. 27 during HBA 2005 in New York City. The session will be chaired by industry consultant Colin Hession, who will address the do’s and don’t’s in M&A. Also, Tim Leach, head of consumer products, transaction advisory services, Ernst & Young, London, will discuss a review of recent M&A deals in the beauty sector. The presentations will be followed by an open forum so delegates can ask questions, express their opinion and debate on the topic of M&As.
