The Cosmetic, Toiletry and Fragrance Association (CTFA) will hold four consecutive day-long science seminars in November at the Newark Airport Marriott Hotel in Newark, New Jersey. The seminars will be held November 8-11 and are open to CTFA members as well as non-members. These are “must attend” events for those concerned about the state of the art in microbiology testing, quality assurance, good manufacturing practices, cosmetic colors and related evolving regulations for the personal care products industry, according to CTFA.
Seminars include Preservation of Cosmetic Products; Quality Assurance and Good Manufacturing Practices for Companies that Make Cosmetics and OTC Drugs; ABCs of Cosmetic Color Additives; and Animal Alternatives in Cosmetic Safety Testing.
The registration fee for each seminar is $445 for employees of CTFA member companies, $895 for non-CTFA members, and reductions for those attending multiple seminars, government employees and full time students. To register, contact the CTFA meetings department at (202) 331-1770 or e-mail meetings@ctfa.org.
