Disperse Group Acquires Woods of Windsor Group

l The Disperse Group Plc has acquired Woods of Windsor Group, manufacturer of home fragrance products. The acquisition will strengthen the position of the Disperse Group, complementing its existing portfolio, which includes the Elizabeth French brand, according to the company. Other cosmetic brands in the Disperse family include Vivo, Katie and Friends and Lizzie.
“The board’s intention is to grow the Disperse Group significantly, both organically and by acquisition,” commented Colston Herbert, chairman and chief executive of Disperse Group.
